Been to many pain doctors! Dr Kohannis the best. His diagnosed my condition quickly. Gave me options which were realistic.

Dr. Kohan is experienced and it shows when you talk to him. He does not try to push you to any one directions and told me that surgery will not help. I did not listen and had fusion whihc made me worse. But he did stimulator for me and now I need less medication and sleep better.

Dr. Kohan was the only doctor who gave me my condition in a right way. Other doctors told me there was nothing wrong with tme and it was in my head but he sat down and explain how I can have headaches after a fall and have normal tests and all that. I am able to go places and sleet better now with the medication he gives me. I never did good with many injections other doctors did for me for my head and neck pain. He knew the first time that these injections are no good and told me that it would only be adding steroids to my body.

It is intereting how some of my past pain doctors were not really pain specilaist. He has had special training in his field. Any so called pain docotor I saw in the Encino area, never had training for it and were just calling themselves pain MD.
